It doesn't get any closer than this. If you look carefully you will see that there is another car beside Dave Dion (27) as he crosses the finish line. That car is the blue #37 of George Delmar and this feature was declared a tie and in the record books as such. It was Delmar's 3rd win in a row, and the only "shared win" of his career.
